Does the ECU upgrade void the manufacturer warranty?

Yes if they find out about it.
Even if the dealer does know you have the ECU upgrade, they will still probably honor obviously non-related problems - like a busted window motor, but they don't have to.

Yes and NO. goto Penske they are extremely mod friendly and a great dealership all around. You will never be let down at Penske Audi West Covina.
