This is exactly what happened to my shop. Took vehicle in for spark plugs, air filters, & oil change. Vehicle came back the following day with check engine light on. Stored code P2270 amongst other codes. Found this post by chance and checked the oil cap before troubleshooting any further and bingo. Cap was crookedly spun on, allowing a vacuum leak.

Just came here to thank the OP for posting this issue here and also finding a resolution and posting the resolution as the exact same codes showed up on my 2014 B8 2.0TFSI and i went out on a limb and purchased this part https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005...1d1df19cTbKO9Y
and installed it and all the codes are gone! (i had to reset the codes in VCDS first as they didnt clear themselves)

Resolved a lot of drivability issues that the car had too, like a searching/varying condition at idle

My mechanic was going to do some smoke testing to find the vacuum leak and the order in the part from audi if it turned out to be the PCV. Basically this post saved me over $1000 aud
