EA888 Gen 2: Camshaft Noise?

Car: Audi A5 2.0 TFSI Quattro 2010 (B8)
Engine: EA888 CDNC (Gen 2)
My car has similar noise as shown in this video (minute 2:30):

Some differences:
1. Mine is Gen 2. The one in the video is Gen 3.
2. Camshaft adjustment specified value vs. actual value (for intake bank 1) are not far off (read from VCDS):
Specified value: 28.000°
Actual value: ~28.125°
3. Compression on all cylinders are good.
4. Consumes about 100ml for every ~1200km
Question: Should I get the camshaft replaced, as advised in the video? Or should I get the camshaft solenoid/magnet or camshaft oil control valve (spool valve?) changed?
