Hi.When it's very cold and I start the engine it makes a very strange sound and after about 1 minutes when the automatic choke stops the engine sound normal and the whole day it sounds and drive normal. The next morning it's back and it's worce when it's around 0 degree.It sounds like its comming from the right side (when looking at the engine) My Audi mechanic has never heard this sound before and he is quite experienced. Any clue what this can be.. see video.

You need to adjust the valves. They are knocking.
