What is this winding/grinding noise?

What is this winding/grinding noise?
Can anyone guess at what could be causing the winding/rattle sound is in this video?
You can hear it best when the engine is rev'd off idle
Sounds like it could be coming from the intake manifold.
Or maybe this is what waste gate actuator rattle sounds like?
I've used a stethoscope but can't isolate it.
Car is a 2012 Q5 2.0T (April 2012 production date) with 107K
Timing chain replaced 8K miles (1 year) ago
Threw P2015 code 4 months back. No CEL since. However, there is a pending 2015.
