not really
because its a twin turbo car. if you don't let the car iddle after a drive longer then 15 minutes the car won't live as long. i have a set of K04's on, with less then 4 hundred miles on them

I'd do some rethinking
I remember picking my first mods. If I were to do it all again, this is what I'd do.
Scratch the KN filter. It works well on some cars but not the S4. I had one and it pulls too much oil through and ruins your mass air sensor.
Upgraded spark plugs are really not necessary unless you upgrade your turbos or fueling. Hell, I just threw in an upgraded set of Bosch F5dp0r just about a month back. I've been running on stock plugs for a long time with a chip, ko4's full exhaust, software, and intake.
I have the forge diverter valves, they are sweet. Serviceable, and I have heard of no major problems or failures with them. But, they are pretty spendy... you can get an upgraded OEM part called the 710n for like $40/pair.
Definately steer clear of the apexi stuff, there is a LOT of better sounding and better performing systems out there. For examle, borla, neuspeed g2, uuc vm1/vm2/vm3 (discontinued). Those will be the most reasonably priced.
As you'll learn if you do it, using sport spring on stock shocks will only run for a short time. If you do it, atleast get a shock/spring combo.
So far I've run software from APR, Revo and GIAC. After all that, I'm currently running GIAC if that means anything to you. It's the fastest setup I've had yet, 12sec 1/4mi. I loved the smoothness of the APR, although underpowered I think it's a great option for a TIP S4. Plus, it is more turbo friendly... it runs about 2psi less than Revo and GIAC.
When looking at your mod list you initially had, it looked like you were lookin to spend around $1500. So I would
1-upgrade throttle body boot
$50-$75
2-upgrade diverter valves (forge or 710n)
$40-$330
3-get APR software
$600
4-get a cat-back exhaust
$~600

I own an 01.5 S4 and found the K&N filter to be USELESS
It was a waste of money! I actually noticed that my turbo's were not boosting as smoothly or as high and the car seemed to run terribly. I switched back to a standard paper filter and noticed my boost pressure on the gauge went from variable 6-8psi to a consistent 9-10psi on a bone stock S4

exhaust??
