ABD Big Bore Sound

Has anyone installed the ABD Racing Big Bore intake on their 2.7T? I have noticed a wheezing sound after I shift that is different from the bypass valves. it's like my car has asthma but performance IS inhanced. Should I buy new, bigger bypass valves?

you're fine...

Don't know what you mean by bigger DVs, and they won't do anythign to change that sound but yes that sound is normal for intakes with a open filter.

if you installed the bypass valves yourself it could be the fact that you didnt tighten the clamps well enough. air could be escaping through space left by the loose clamp. it happened to me.
