Anybody know what code to put in the VAG to enable/disable the ESP?

Reason I ask is I'm thinking about playing with an M box ECU in a A box car. I know someone has done it before, not sure what they did to turn the ESP off.

only way to disable ESP is to disable ABS

what about disconnecting the lateral G sensors?
