Ok so here is the deal, I have a re-occurring code:
P1139-Long term fuel trim ADD fuel bank 2 - System too rich.
Here is the freeze frame data:
DTC for which Freeze Frame P1139
Fuel System 1 Status Closed Loop
Fuel System 2 Status Closed Loop
Calculated LOAD Value 3.14 %
Engine Coolant Temp 210.20 °F
Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 1 -3.13 %
Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 1 8.59 %
Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2 -4.69 %
Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2 8.59 %
Engine RPM 640.00 rpm
Vehicle Speed Sensor 0.00 mph
Vehicle data is 2001 Allroad 2.7 with Tip. 43,000miles - No mods
I will start with I am a Tech with Mercedes Benz USA, so I have experience with German. I have checked & repaired all damaged vac line(s) I can find. This is the ONLY code I have so I figure it is most likely a Vac/Boost leak of some kind. There is some damage to the rubber lines on the combi valve but no apparent leaks with smoke testing? Is there something I am missing??? I know if this were an MB it would most likely be a broken vac line inside the intake for the tumble flaps - but I don't see anything like that on this motor????
Any direction I should be looking at that I missed????
