Default Code P0741 HELP!

Driving my car the other day and the check engine light came on. Got code P0741 and when i checked my reader it said it had to do with the Torque converter. Car drives and shifts just fine. Gas milage has stayed the same. What can i do to fix this! I talked to a friend that works with audis and he said it would be a very expensive fix. The cars an 01 a6 quattro..help!

You could either go with level10, or give www.517trans.com a call or email them. It sounds like a Torque Converter problem, seems like its giving you the "stuck in the off position" type of reading.
