I bought a 2001 that recently had a lot of maintenance items performed prior to sale.
Nearly everything has been done at home by me and a helpful visiting family member. So little labor costs included below.
I have replaced SAI pump ($275 DIY), control arms ($500 shop + $150 DIY), suspension airbag ($500 DIY), breather hose ($400 - shop), O2 sensors ($200), and some other items that I have blocked from my memory. It likely needs new valve cover gaskets, etc too.
They aren't a low maintenance car. Be prepared to shell out the bucks, but also to love driving it.
