About 3 weeks ago my alarm started going off randomly. I took it to my indy and they told me there was a fault in the trunk switch and the left drivers door switch. They replaced the switches and the problem was fixed. or so I thought. Now the alarm is going crazy again. I took it back to the indy and no faults. the interior monitor is reading ok. I am at the end of my rope. does anyone know how I can just disable the alarm. As long as the car locks I am fine with no beep.beep.beep.beep. No body looks or helps when it sounds anyway, right?

there's a button on the bottom of the driver's side b-pillar.

just hit that before you get out of the car to turn off the alarm.

even if I push the button it still sounds off

Don't know how to shut off the entire alarm system. Can you do it by using the key instead of remote? Or was that a different car of mine?

check the manual to see if there is a fuse you can remove
