FWIW, I had the whole thing but took out the 2 pages relevant to the S4 and posted them. It kept the file size down for hosting.

I'm bothered by the apparent lack of the peelers in the US order guide. In the Canadian guide that was posted, they're standard on the 'Premium' package. They're obviously omitted from the Prestige option for 2013 in the posted US guide. Possibly an errant omission?

They're in the guide.

They're optional on both Premium+ and Prestige now.
