here's my cheat sheet generated from the Bentley. I try to generate the 70 blocks first while the engine is cool enough

Generating Readiness Codes -
08 - Read Measuring Value Block.
04 - Basic Setting

60 - Block 60 Adapt OK Adaptation of throttle valve control module to ECM
30 - Block 30 Hold 1800 - 2200 until 111 Oxygen Sensor (O2S) control operating condition (bit 3)
34 - Block 34 Hold 1800 - 2200 until B1-S1 OK Oxygen sensor aging (time period) (bit 2)
35 - Block 35 Hold 1800 - 2200 until B2-S2 OK Oxygen sensor aging (time period) (bit 2)
46 - Block 46 Hold 1800 - 2200 until Cat B1 OK Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWC) diagnosis (bit 8)
47 - Block 47 Hold 1800 - 2200 until Cat B2 OK Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWC) diagnosis (bit 8)
70 - Block 70 idle until Evap OK Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) canister purge regulator valve diagnosis (bit 6)
71 - Block 71 idle until Syst OK Fuel tank leak detection (bit 6)
77 - Block 77 idle until Syst. OK Secondary Air Injection (AIR) system diagnosis (bit 5)
