Default please help fix my oil/coolant leak....

****!!!!

2.8 30v...

The engine was fully rebuilt, started and ran fine briefly. The car was moved outside the garage (started a 2nd time) and "milkshake" started pouring out. The P.O. got pissed and fed up and pushed the car outside and left it.....until I came along.

The car will start and run, but oil and coolant PUMPS out like a fire hose. I tore it down today and found that it is coming out of a hole located above the crank pulley....what is this hole?

Default is it a freeze plug?

Default a comment....

Looks like at a minimum, your missing one of the bolts for the upper oil sump cover, Was the metal gasket replaced with a new one? Most or all the hardware that hold that cover down are only torqued to 10Nm(7ft lbs.). You might consider stripping it back a little further.
The pic I put should give you a better idea of what the cover is like when most of the stuff around it is stripped away. Notice the bolt.
