I have a 2014 A4 I saw a large puddle of coolant on the ground coming from the left side bottom. I have no warning lights or overheating issues. I took it to a shop, and they said there's no leak. I ahve no clue what this could be. Has this happened to anyone else?

Is your coolant level low? That would indicate a loss someplace. If it is not low, then all you can do is keep checking. I would expect to see evidence of a leak somewhere. Coolant bottles can develop small cracks that tend to open at temp, but I would expect your mechanic to check for such.
