We picked up a 2019 All Road yesterday in virtually new condition and a handful of miles. The dealer ( a FORD shop) provided us only ONE fob, claiming that is all they had. I see online these very inexpensive FOBs vs the stupid priced AUDI official units. Are they legit? I really want more than one FOB for the new to us unit.

The official Audi ones are what you'll need, the question will be where to source it. The other part is getting the fob is just step one. Then rerunning the immobilizer adaptation to add it (all keys to be included need to be present) is another step, that requires a shop or someone with the sufficient Audi access. Ie, an hour labor bill on top of the cost to get the key.
Another thing to keep in mind is there appears to be a transition date from one set of fobs to a different set in the middle of MY19, Nov '18. So you'd need to check your vehicle month/year of build to see if it's Oct '18 or before, or Nov '18 or after. Or check the p/n on your working fob. Once you have a p/n, you can go looking around for sources. Yeah, seems the places for Audi OE parts, still in the $350 range for a fob.
Take this listing, https://www.ebay.com/itm/284782169013 , where the guy is very clear that this is a used key, ie it's already been programmed to a car before. Used ones cannot be reprogrammed to a different car, normally. But appears he says a locksmith can do a wipe and reprogram to let it work in a new adaptation. You'd want to run all that through a vehicle locksmith who knows Audi MLBevo vehicles (4M Q7, B9 A4/A5/Q5, etc) to see. So unless you are one or have a buddy who is one, is the price difference just going to be eaten up in middle man labor.
As for the $20 stuff out there? It's only $20, but it's still one hour labor to find out if it may or may not work, whether or not it works.
You should check the B9 A4, B9 S4, B9 A4 allroad, B9 A5/S5, Mk2 Q5 (B9 Q5) and Mk2 Q7 (4M Q7), and the D5 A8 forums as well as this subject matter will be the same throughout. I know people have posted key fob stuff before, but I don't recall the discussions.
