Hello everyone, after complaining a lot, I come to ask for help.
I have a 2011 A4 Allroad TFSI2.0, and the coolant fans do not turn on when they should.
but the temperature reaches 102C and does not activate the fans.
If I turn on the A/C both work.
I attach some images of the VCDS
The fan doesn't come on for cooling until the coolant temp is 105°C. The fan is always on if the A/C compressor is active.
Thank you very much for your answer.
I understand that with the A/C ON they work, I only did it to verify that the Fan, Module and Fan Motor work correctly.
You say it is normal operation?
105C seems a little high to me. I'm going to try to get it to that temperature and verify that the Fan turns on.
For me, all I have to do is get it up to normal operating temp and then sit, for example in a drive thru. Without the air passing through from the vehicle speed, the coolant heats up. When it hits 105, you'll hear the fans kick on.
