I am the owner of one A4 Allroad b8 2016. the rear wiper has entered the service position and does not return to its normal position. from the car menu there is an option to place the wipers in the service position but it only works for the front ones. does anyone know how I can restore it ?Thanks in advance

There's no service position for the rear wiper. It's probably just spun on its mount. If you try to activate it, does it do anything? Could be the motor has gone bad. What does a scan using VCDS say regarding vehicle errors?

The arm and motor removal are discussed in the electrical equipment workshop manual. The arm removal uses special tool T10369 to pull it off the motor mount. The motor is secured from the inside of the tail gate.
