I am having something weird happen with my A4 lately. When I get out of the car after locking the car normally, the alarm starts going off soon after I walk away. When I unlock the car to stop the alarm going off one of the rear doors won't unlock with the key fob or with the interior lock switch and sometimes the key fob doesn't unlock other doors as well when this happens but mostly the issue is with the rear passenger side door. However I can hear the latch mechanism moving inside the doors when I hit the unlock or lock button, still doesn't actually unlock the door. I usually have to walk around the car opening and closing doors, sometimes opening the doors from inside the car, and unlocking and locking with the fob until they all lock properly again. I have changed the batteries on the key fob recently hoping that would help but it did not. My next thought was that the door latch is failing but I don't understand why the door would lock normally when I leave the car and then set off the alarm seemingly for no reason. Just wondering if anyone else has had any issues similar to this, its a weird one for me.
