It’s official! Rhombus it is! Thanks for sharing the link, cue. No matter what anyone may call it, that symbol adds a subtle pop to the rear lid.

As long as people are aware it's not really a rhombus. When have marketers ever cared about truth or reality? Rhombus was shorter than parallelogram, and cooler sounding. So that's what they called it.

Is this splitting hairs? Yes, but it's so obvious, it takes no thought to see the error in the hairs. Does it matter? No. But it's always ironic to find something unimportant that exposes such significant flaws in society that cascade into the actually important. The world is doomed. But I have my mocha (and to split hairs, not short for mochaccino), so all good.

A toast, to the leaning parallelogram of doom.
