Default Replace USB port in center console?

I have a 2018 A4 allroad, and the USB port in the center console (USB2) has called it quits. I can't find the port itself listed in parts.audiusa.com. Has anyone replaced these? Any help would be appreciated!

That's the compile of various port units in the center console storage bin. If you have the 2 USB + AUX version, it's going to be 8W0 035 736. But if you have the 1 USB + AUX version, it could be either 8W0 035 726 or 8W0 035 708, depending on your PR code.

Then there's the separate charging port. Probably easier to take a pic and point out on it "this one". If it's the standalone USB charging port, not the one(s) in the module with the AUX port, then that's 5Q0 035 726. But a failed port there could be port or cable.

Or a fuse. Fuse 7 in row 4 in the front fuse block (under the dead pedal).

It's the USB2 and aux together, and I think it's just the USB port itself - it happened after an interior detail, and worked intermittently so a loose connection, hopefully just in the port itself. I can't find a photo online but will take one when I'm home, thanks so much for the help!

@SMac770, I found a prior post of yours that is also extremely helpful. I'm fairly certain it's 8W0-035-736 based on number and location of ports and the timeline. I'd never have found this on my own - thanks again!

SMac770, you seem knowledgeable in this matters I posted a question regarding my car (2022 A6), one of the USB-C ports inside the armrest compartment appears to have snapped and fallen backwards inside the plate (see pic in link), how do I get access behind this plate, can I pry it out, or do I have to take everything out? Thank you!

Carl, I'm not familiar with the C8 construction. You'd want to go to erwin.audiusa.com, pay for a day ($35?), and get all the PDFs for your VIN. Then you'll have the Audi official workshop manuals relevant to your vehicle. This subject would be in the Communication one.

If it's like in the B9 at all, you have to remove the rear center console trim (where the rear air vents are). Then you disconnect the plugs, press in the locking tabs, and slide the unit rearward to remove it. It does not come forward into the storage bin.

Ie, this image: https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/attach...45-png.243771/
You have to remove the piece 18.

But how to do it in a C8, the appropriate workshop manuals would lay that out correctly for your vehicle.

That is very helpful! I will get the diagrams first and go from there.
I'm really disappointed with Audi re the design of these USB-C ports, how can they break so easily, specially if whatever one plugs in there will protrude into a compartment where people put stuff. I think it could have been better engineered. oh well...
I will follow up with the fix/findings. Thank you.

After some research, I decided not to mess with it; most of the center console, back AC controls, etc would have to come out. Not worth the time or risk in my opinion. I still have the second USB-C port working fine. Also the fact that the car has wireless Android Auto has made that port less critical.
