"clicking" noise when braking (intermittently)

Noticed that sometimes when I brake, there seemed to be a "clicking" noise after the car stopped. Seemed to come from the right side-front part of the car. I have dealer checked the suspension a month ago and everything is fine. I know it is not the control arm because it is not the noise made when control arm needs to be replaced (I have it replaced already).
Am I being paranoid here? The brake is still very solid and this is very intermittent. Cannot reproduce 100% of the time at the dealer. That's why it is difficult to troubleshoot.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
