"oil sludge" warranty really transferable???...
just got off the phone with my dealership... "oil sludge" letter specifically says it's transferable, however they're saying since the records are missing from the last service they have on record with previous owner (26k) and time I purchased the car (59k)they're trying to get out of having to repair it... currently on hold with AofA and expecting a call-back from the dealer trying to get the previous owner's info... updates to follow.

dunno why everybody is jumping on this bandwagon.... there are several parts in short or zero supply
right now.
