"Operational Status" only goes "Idle" and "Part Throttle" in meas. block 060- normal?

"Operational Status" only goes "Idle" and "Part Throttle" in meas. block 060- normal?
I would have thought WOT on the pedal would say "Full Throttle" or something of the like on the screen.
