Default $140 for serpentine belt replacement? Good/bad?

This is what the dealer, who has my car just told me. Calling back in 1/2 hour.

Default Maybe they were quoting you with labor...

I recall 64 USD for the same belt from the Dealer in Santa Ana, CA. Went with PepBoys...26$ for a Goodyear Gatorback ('96 2.8Q)...

No one likes to pay too much, but if 140$ is not that much considering you paid a lot more for that car.

The belt is much more easily accessible from the service position (bumper off), but doable (PITA) with the bumper on.

I believe that's including labor.

So it sounds reasonable (1 hour labor plus dealer parts).
