ordered the OEM tips from clair on friday, and to get here today they said the shipping wouldn't be much more......it went from $6 to $25! I also didn't get the screws, not a great start to the day.

& Ground Shipping was $6. Sounds normal. I also didn't get the srews to attach it either because that's a whole different part. I don't know why that is, it does go up against what you'd expect. But, that's the auto parts business, they screw you over and you thank them.

If I wanted a part next day air. It has always recieved it. 25-28 bucks or more depending on weight. Try that at another audi parts place. The great thing about clair is they stock almost everything. And I have always recieved the correct part even if I didn't have a part #.

I have talked to mac many times and he knows his audi parts. Maybe next time you can verify what comes in the package they send you. As for screws, you can always go to home depot?

I'm just stepping in and defending clair because they have saving my *** by overnighting me parts. And you get a discount too.. can't beat that..
