$400 for an s4 front bumper? 1 in the classified's. too much or a fair price?

Default I saw that last night........I think it's a bit high. And It doesn't come w/ grilles or fogs
$450 for those. A new OEM S4 bumper is what $570 or so plus grilles and fogs.....

If it's the right color, local so no shipping and in excellent shape that's not bad. Otherwise skip.
