NY State Law then says Bimbo is responsible for both accidents...
It happened to me in downtown Albany by Perl St. I was at the stop light and it was raining pretty hard. My lights were on but the girl says she didn't see me. She hit the brakes in time but the guy behind her rear ended her into me. Low an behold Allstate went after the Guy (after 2 months of calls) since he "started" the accident. It's called the Primary at fault I believe.
BTW, I need your number too. Damn these stupid phones. Not sure who your insurance company is but I can see if I can dig up the paperwork from my hit two years back.

If not id go after the cop for not properly ticketing.
