You are the second I hear about this problem on A4.
What amazes me is that Audi didn't even fix their old demons. Odds are that even 2001 will also be plagued later with this.
I *HAD* problems with my Audi 5000 Turbo intercooler at 75000 miles (was welded twice).
I *HAD* to pay for rear control arm tie-rod end (550$CAD+inst.+align+txs).
And it is also the same type of problems with new ones.
