The audi ones should fit the Lex's
my AEZ ones fit my Lex's and I know people were using the swing centercaps with AEZ wheels. Although the Audi ones are pricey.

I dont know if the center cap is the same size at the artic's but this is what I did
I bought '04 ultrasport centre caps which are the same diameter as the flik artic caps. tho only thing is the clips dont work so I shaved off the clips and glued the audi cap to the flik cap. I got the idea from Distinct on the Canadian forum he did it first. this is what it looks like on his artics:
