PIC of my newest purchase ---> Just hauled her home this morning. A cherry (OK, not really) 1991 "90" 20V Quattro manual with 195K miles. New tires and wheels, feels solid for the most part, runs great but has a coolant leak in the radiator someplace. Body is solid but the paint is crazed and some mouldings are falling off etc. I'll post some more pics soon. Dial-up web is the sux for pic loading.

I secretly know why I did it.... it was sooooooooo soooooooo soooooooo CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP - right place at the right time with a flatbed car trailer!! Plus I also *secretly* know silver IS faster...... ;-P

On another note: What is everyone up to on the cars this weekend?? Weeken Mod and Maint. Thread..........

I am doing my clutch/exhaust/FMIC pipes as well as working on this new *to me* 90 20V Quattro. Heh heh.... I needed this thing like a hole in the block, but it will be a fun car. Interior is MINT, really. Car needs a little TLC for sure, but it runs and sounds great. Fun.

Default "like a hole in the block" LOL. Nice car. No work for me, unless I get my ECU back

I might be picking up a set of Mercedes CLK wheels tomorrow.

Default I agree 100%, good winter beater... except for (inside) "Don't worry little Audi I will save you!"

Some dubber musta' got ahold of it....... it *was* covered with fake carbon fiber sticker all over it...... those are gone. But the poor poor front end. Granted I had the hood up for the pic, but still the lights - the grill - oh my. Porr little bugger looks like a frog with a bad case of Kamei grill syndrome. EEewwwwww.
