Has anyone replaced an O2 sensor that was located after the catalytic converter on the driver side. Just wondering if I really need an O2 wrench and if it can be done with just a regular wrench. Any unforseeable obstacles? Simple screw out the old O2 and screw in the new O2?

I don't think the post-cat sensors are that easy to change. It's fairly easy to reach the sensors cause they're right on the exhaust pipe. However trying to get to the wire and following the wire up to the engine bay compartment is ridiculous especially if you're lying on your back with about 6 inches of room from your face to the bottom of your car. The wire is hard to reach, hidden behind the exhaust and something the looks like a shielding plate. You can't really follow the length of the wire with your eye cause it's hidden behind a few things. Post-cat sensor not that easy at all. A hydraulic lift would make things a lot more manageable, but still not that easy.
