I think he asked the year for the value of the car to see if its worth fixing or not
if it costs something like 40-50% of the value of the car to fix, its totalled... well actually I dont know what the percentage is, but you get the idea...

i'm ok.. my necks been bothering me..
went to the doc 2 days ago.. they want to settle on the injury side right now.. i still have doctor visits so we'll see.. i'm very pissed about this whole incident, the car was truly my pride and joy, problem free A4.

i've been trying to find another laser red A4qm, and I can't find them anywhere. 2000-2001 S4's have dropped so much.. there almost worth considering. If you know anyone selling a clean A4 with LOW miles raj, send 'em my way
