you found that with your autothority chip, you had 190 hp at the crank...
so how does that bring you to the conclusion that your 2001 had 150 hp? Was there a test with a stock audi 2001 chip?
being the owner of a 2001 and having driven a pre 2001 stock, back to back, I am confident that the 2001 has more than 150 hp. I still argue 180.... but...

the k04 car was dynod right after the mechanic had takin it on a hard test drive and it pulled a 177hp at the wheels which comes out to 241hp at the crank.
after it cooled down for a bit (10 mintues) and the turbo wasnt heat soaked anymore, it pulled a 190hp which comes out to 260hp that the crank.
this shows me that for every day driving before i add a FMIC, that ill normally see around 240hp, with an occasional bump to 260 with the proper cool down before a run.
that means - must add FMIC to maintain the 260hp number. that makes more sense doesnt it?

about what was the temp when you dynoed the car? I'm thinking a fmic would be nice but not sure i need it in vermont.
