Not fixable, you have to replace it.
This switch is a combined H&L pressure switch. At first I thought it was just a HP switch, which would have been on the condensor. This one is not directly on the condensor like I first thought, but is close to it between the compressor and condensor and below the right side head light. Don't know how accessable it is from below, and it is not readily seen from the front.
Disconnect the harness and it unscrews from a schraeder valve port so you won't loose freon. There are two pipes going to that port. You will know the switch when you see it.
