How do I remove this trim in order to replace this window.

Now that's a pisser. I've never done it, but it's bonded in there with adhesive just like a windshield. I know you have to drill through the adhesive so you can pull a cable through there, then saw through the adhesive with the cable.

I figured the window or whats left of it would be easy to cut out.

I just need to know the puzzle required to get to that stage.

Anyone?
