Block Swap
Old thread but just wanted to add. Picked up a 2000 Audi TT FWD with a bad piston but decided on a replacement block instead of a lower end rebuild. Found a deal on a 2003 Jetta 1.8T that was being parted out. Exact same block numbers and mounted my Audi ATC head no problem. The car runs great and pulls strong. Sorry for flipped photo, too lazy to edit.
