1 hit and run, 1 BITCH, 1 Harrassment Charge, 1 Totalled Mazda 3, 2 weeks in fixing everything :(:(
To start off, the first lady decided to cut me off without checking her blind spot. I hit her with the front drivers side and spun her into a couple of signs and a tree. Ambulance and fire had to cut her out of her car. Totalled her '05 Mazda.
Now the best part. ( ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA )
Was at work and in the security office. My buddy looks at the camera and saw someone hit my car. Went out and they took off. The person hit my car so hard in the front drivers side tire, it pushed my car over about 6 inches. They left a blank piece of paper under my wiper to make it look like they left me information. That pissed me off! Went back inside and looked over the tape and saw it was a Chrysler.
Next day,
Went back and sure enough, the car was parked in the same spot with a 12 inch crack in the bumper where she hit me. Waited 2 hours to catch the woman and right off the bat she said it was 50/50 cause it was in a parking lot. I was pissed at this point cause I did nothing wrong. Got her info and called insurance. Turns out she is 100% at fault cause the car was parked and I was not in it. I confronted her the next day to see if she wanted to settle it out of court cause a hit and run on average TRIPPLES YOUR INSURANCE!!!!! She flipped on me, a security guard and a fellow worker.
Next day,
I HAVE A HARASSMENT CHARGE FILLED AGAINST ME!!! WTF! I was the nice to the bitch and she went nutso on me. Plus I have 2 witnesses to back me up. She has no witnesses.
Anyway, to sum everything up; I have my car back, everything was fixed and then some
, she has been charged with HIT AND RUN, FAILURE TO REMAIN AT THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT AND FAILURE TO REPORT AN ACCIDENT.
Goes to show, if your a stupid bitch, I will make you pay out your *** the rest of your life.
