1999.5 strange blinker problem

Default 1999.5 strange blinker problem
When I turn on my right blinker after a while it stops blinking. All the lights on the car are on, the one in the instrument cluster, the front marker light, the side light on the fender and the rear marker light. If I switch the blinker off and right back on it will blink for a while then stop blinking. Any one have any ideas about why it is doing this and how to fix it. I need to fix this so I can pass inspection.

Where is the blinker relay. Is it identified in the owners manual?

the f00kin hazard switch.. pop it out and replace.. that's that relay.. change subject when replying

All my lights are out. Where do I get that fluid stuff by the case?

Appears some people here have been sipping on the fluid lately.
