You installed new cats? I am trying to avoid this but may end up going there just to make this problem go away. Did you put in factory cats and if so how much?

no, i put in aftermarket cats. catco i think is the brand? one exhaust shop said they couldn't do it so i took it to another and it appeared to be no problem. my CEL for cat inefficiency came back on so my next step is to replace the rear o2's. if that doesn't do it, i'll replace the fronts, and if that doesn't do it i'll drive this POS off a cliff

here's the ones i had put on. apparently the magnaflow ones are supposed to work too.
