you lost my business over that whole deal.
Purchase via credit card is a matter of more than mere convenience, it's the consumers first line of defense against poor quality products and workmanship or just plain non delivery of product. With cash you have little or no easy recourse short of showing up at your door with a gun. Not to mention the incentives...sky miles and all that sort of stuff forgone with a cash transaction.
