looks like 386cc...either will work, you'll need to adjust the fuel pressure...though there is something to be said for running close to stock fuel pressure as possible.
if you have any questions regarding the CAPS database/doing a run...feel free to email me.<ul><li><a href="http://clam.rutgers.edu/~dreadsct/resell/1.8T_injectors.htm">http://clam.rutgers.edu/~dreadsct/resell/1.8T_injectors.htm</a</li></ul>

TT225 run at 386cc so you'd need to turn down your fuel pressure a lot. At this pressure, you're reducing proper atomization so not all the fuel will combust as good as running smaller injectors with higher pressure.
Again, EV12 is what you should go with (although I ran my Siemens Deka EV6 style w/o problems for a while). Now I have TT180 and fuel trims seem to be good. Like I said, I have another set for sale for an unbeatable price if you decide to go with them.
As for the new software, I heard they will utilize stock injectors/5bar fpr so I wonder how they'll do that.
Just received a Boost Machine so that goes in tomorrow. Hopefully it'll help a bit

I thought you and others might be interested. It actually took me quite a while to verify the TT225 Bosch part number.
TT225, AMU engine code (also Golf/Jetta AWD engine code)
VAG part number: 06A 906 031 J
Bosch part number: 0280155892
Flow-rate at 3-bar: 269 g/min
TT180, ATC engine code
VAG part number: 06A 906 031 S
Bosch part number: 0280155897
Flow-rate at 3-bar: 217 g/min
Both "15 degree, twin-spray."
Thanks again for the feedback Alen -- your explanation makes sense.<ul><li><a href="http://www.bosch-motorsport.de/pdf/components/injection_valves/EV_12.pdf">Bosch Motorsports</a></li></ul>

You have a great site! I didn't catch the articles there though. You may want to go grab some of that stuff from Bosch again -- they have newer versions of a couple of the documents.

I sold mine for $100 a couple of months ago. Let me know if you need help doing some VAG COM logs.

That's one of those Murphy's Law things -- I'm sure that if you hadn't sold your TT injectors, that I would have inherited a case of 'em from a long-lost German uncle or something ;-)
Thanks for the VAG-COM offer -- I've still got your number.
Cheers,
