rear deck speakers...The soundstreams seem like a good choice? I dont want to add an amp or change the headunit but am curious if I could achieve some better sound with aftermarkets?

I know bose does some weird thing with the OHM rating on the speakers. Best thing you can do is get the RCA adapter and add a new amp plus speakers...

Which is the "weird" ohm rating you were referring too.. The Soundstreams are plug and play, and i highly recomend them..
ive replaced my rear deck speakers already with soundstreams, and plan on replacing all the rest as well.. They sound a lot better than the Bose speakers..
