Tell me you don't have 206k miles on your motor and don't know that it's an interference design... I also hope that you didn't put that much on without changing your timing belt!?!?

i have replaced the timing belt and the belt is still fine along with the tensioner i had to replace the cam chain tensioner i did that but still no start just cranking im tearing the head off to see if i belt valves im assuming i did thts y i asked if it was an interference motor to basically seal the deal of spending the time to tear it open

Why not just do a leak down test?

How do you plan to check for bent valves once the head is off?

Compression test first. No sense pulling the head unless your pretty sure there is a problem there. Did it run before you did the chain tensioner?

A no start can be one of 3 things. No spark, no fuel/air, or mechanical failure.

^^^What he said^^^^ I can't tell you how often I've worked on an engine and it didn't start up immediately. Usually I've left a sensor unplugged or a coil plug hanging. But don't assume you bent valves just because it won't start. Spark - Fuel - Air. Start with the basics.
