Default 2001 30v High RPM Misfires

I've changed out the Ignition coils, Plugs,Wires, ,fuel filter and coolant temp sensor. I've also run several cans of injector cleaner through it. Starts misfiring at 3.5k to 4k and up. Vag-com shows misfires on all six cylinders randomly. No other codes. I've run out of ideas, and would appreciate any help.

Mass airflow working ok? Maybe strech it and check your O2 sensors?

Default Because it is on all 6 cylinders I would inspect the harness to the coils...

On the Passat that I picked up a few months ago (also an ATQ) I had a misfire, but only on one cylinder that was quickly repaired with a set of new Bosch wires and spark plugs.
Are you sure that you have the wires on correctly? Correct sequence(The coil switches the position of 5 and 6 iirc) check the gap on the plugs.

Default Codes are P0300 -P0306, Also

I've wondered about the MAF, but didnt think a bad one would only affect the high RPM region. Is there a pickup filter for the fuel pump in the tank?
When I changed out the fuel filter there was considerable gunk that came out. But no noticable improvment since its change.
