2001.5 A4 1.8t quattro right rear clunk
New to me car. When i start off in first gear i can hear/feel a slight clunk from the right rear wheel i think. Happens in first and second under 2000 rpms. I was thinking it was an axle but not sure how to check it? When i jack the car up the wheel spins fine with no clunking and it feels the same as the other side. I also cant feel anyt slack in the axle when i twist it.

one more thing. the right rear wheel is bent. i ordered a new one. So i swapped the front and rear wheel on that side and the thumping/clunking went away. what does not make sense is before i swaped the wheels it would not thump when i was coasting.
