2002 A4: Is it me or is it ridiculous that Audi has yet to release pricing on the car.

I know. Some dealers said we'd have pricing in early Aug.
If it's not official news straight from Audi, I don't believe it.
What ever happened to the talk that Audi would release pricing at the Texas training session? That one came and flew by quickly, just like all the other rumors. I stopped holding my breath a long time ago.

Based on "industry ferrets."
To quote the C&D article:
"Alas, Audi won't establish pricing until September, a month before the models arrival here. Industry ferrets nonetheless predict a 10 percent rise, so that a base 1.8T will fetch $27,500 and and a 3.0 V-6 will command $34,000."

Has anyone from Canada ordered one already and what price have ypou agreed. Most dealers offer MSRP of course but one of them has offered 8% over invoice. Has anyone agreed to the $1000 over invoice up here?
