So I bought this Audi about 2 weeks ago, and it hasn't given me any problems.. I went out to start it yesterday after it sitting for a whole day. and it made this loud grinding? noise.. i attached a video. i am not exactly sure how to describe the sound.. but it doesn't sound good

I immediately called my mechanic and he said it sounded like the starter could be going?

After a few times of trying to turnover it eventually started and once it does, it runs fine. it's just the initial cold start after the car sits for a while.

Any help or suggestions to as what this could be would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you
