225 50 16 vs 225 45 16

would like to know what the size differance to the tire sidewall would do to the computer if anything other than make the speedo off alittle

there's a calculater somewhere on the internet...why do you want lower profile w/o bigger rim?

well i actually like the look of the stock 16in 5spoke rim also lowered car with h/r coilovers and didn't know if there would be any clearance issue with the taller sidewall.
